NEED A RETURN?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at RoyalSafetyGear@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

NEED AN EXCHANGE?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You can also contact us at RoyalSafetyGear@gmail.com.

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

We are so sorry to hear that the item you have received is not in perfect condition. To get this fixed for you ASAP, please head to our 'Contact Us' section where you can get in touch with our Customer Service team and include the following in your message: 

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Email address used to place the order
  • Product name of the item ordered found on your order confirmation email
  • Description/photo of the fault
  • Please have an image of the faulty item ready for when you receive a reply, as you won’t be able to attach the image on the “Contact Us” form. You can also email our team directly with all of the above to RoyalSafetyGear@gmail.com.

MISSING AN ITEM OR FROM YOUR ORDER/RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

Get in touch with our Customer Service team via email and please be sure to include the following info for our team: 

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Email address used to place the order
  • Product name of the missing item ordered found on your order confirmation email
  • Photo of the parcel if it looks tampered with
  • Please have an image of the parcel ready for when you receive a reply, as you won’t be able to attach the image on the “Contact Us” form. You can also email our team directly with all of the above to RoyalSafetyGear@gmail.com.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We aim to have all orders shipped by the same business days if placed Mon-Fri before 12:00 PM PST. You will receive shipping information once your order leaves our HQ! The carrier may take 24 hours to update tracking information online. Any orders placed over the weekend are shipped the following business day.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are able to cancel orders as long as it has not been prepared and shipped out. Please use our 'Contact Us' page as soon as possible to let us know! If your order has already been prepared and shipped out, not to worry, we have a very flexible return policy! Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
